What is my approach to Nutrition and Wellness and how can I help you?
Each of us are our own perfectly unique and biologically different selves. Our genetic background is unique, our life story is unique, and our future is unique. So why do we think we can fit into a mold? A food that works for one person may make another person sick. The key to health is finding out what works best for you. There is no one diet that is going to work for everyone. It is my goal to help you find what will work for you.

Personalization
Together we will create a plan that works for you. The road to health should not be a constant struggle. You shouldn't dread going to a restaurant or meals with family and friends. 

Balance
Balance in your body will help you to find balance in your life. Often times we neglect our own health in supporting everyone else. By bring your health back on track you will experience greater vitality, improvement in your ability to cope with life’s challenges, release weight, and feel like your best self again. Balance in your life creates the space for prioritizing your health, valuing the importance of self-care, and bringing excitement back to all parts of your life—work, family, relationships, children, etc.

Nutrition
My food philosophy,“Eat food. Not too much. Mostly plants.” - Michael Pollan
Choose nutrient dense foods.  When we eat mostly high-quality, nourishing foods, we find that a little goes a long way and we feel amazing!

Gut Health
Gut health is often an underlying cause of many other health issues and concerns. When your digestive tract is healthy, you will notice other improvements like clearer skin, better mood, greater focus, weight loss, reduced inflammation, and less pain and more energy. It often all comes down to the gut!

Supplementation
When necessary, supplementation can be part of larger vision of healing and wellness. I believe in the power of food to heal. However, sometimes strategic supplementation can assist your body in that process. If you come to me with an interest in supplementation I will always have you check with your doctor before beginning any regimen.  I will equip you with the knowledge you need so you know exactly what you are taking and why you are taking it. I can also provide options and suggestion so that you know the products you are taking are of high quality and value.


Each session will leave you feeling inspired and motivated. We will talk about things beyond food, seeking to bring balance to important elements of your life such as love and relationship as well as career and money. I will personally and carefully guide you to make simple, small changes that transform your life.

My education has equipped me with extensive, cutting-edge knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and prevention. Drawing on my expertise, I work with clients like you to help make lifestyle changes and choose health-promoting ways that produce real and lasting results. You will develop a deeper understanding of food and lifestyle choices that work best for you, improving your energy, balance, health, and happiness.
